I was in Peru for 2 weeks and Karikuy Tours helped me organize my trip very well. The tour guides were very helpful, kind and puntual. I was very satisfied with the services of the Karikuy Tours.

Echoing the great experiences that other customers have had with Karikuy. All of our transfers were on-time or early, the tours were for the most part good (about half of the guides' English was hard to understand), and the activities we did felt worth it.In particular we were very happy with Gyssela on our Arequipa tour, and Oscar for everything he put together for us in Cusco. Oscar personally drove us around for most of our activities there and was a delight. Aron of Haku Tours in Lima was also great.

Great Time in Cusco Thank you Karikuy for such a wonderful trip to Cusco. This company worked with us to create a 7 day itinerary based on locations we wanted to visit. We contacted them and had an itinerary a few days later which was very detailed. We loved the schedule so we booked. When we arrived in Lima our guides were waiting upon arrival at the airport and the trip was just great, we had no issues other then small things that could have been clearer, like luggage allowance even though I guess that is our fault it is on their terms and conditions page. In any case all the guides were great and we had quick support through WhatsApp messenger. Peru is so beautiful and are happy we chose the right company to show us around. Thanks again!

Had a great trip to Peru with Karikuy! I wanted to go to a few different areas so didn't want a pre-packaged tour and Karikuy was very accommodating and responsive to all my questions. They even helped me book domestic flights so I didn't have to figure it out. It was my first trip to South America, and I was with my teenage son, both of us do not speak Spanish so I was a bit nervous but Karikuy had someone to pick us up at every point so the trip was seamless. We had wonderful guides throughout the trip. The hotel experiences were a little mixed, I would probably choose a high class of hotel next time but otherwise the planning was amazing.

no 10 stars? This trip was incredible. the 4 Day inca Trail, and the tour in and around Cusco, Just incredible. Will come back soon.

We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this operator. Their communication was fantastic and they were very accommodating of our requests. I would highly recommend them. We loved our stay at Cortes Maltes.

Karikuy helped us plan a fun 8 day trip to Peru for my wife, daughter and I. We had a great time and appreciated the local guides they used. The tour was well put together and we enjoyed learning about the culture, trying the food and seeing the sights. What we really appreciated was their responsiveness when our plans got turned upside down after a train collision near Machu Picchu - they helped adjust our itinerary and get through a stressful situation. Would recommend them to anyone considering a trip to Peru.

I was a bit apprehensive coming to South America for the first time with my son but my fears were put to rest from the first contact when we were meet at the airport by our guide and taken to our hotel. We had booked a series of individual tours and day trips and a four day hike along the Inka Trail. Everything ran so smoothly for the entire three weeks. I can not praise Karikuy Tours highly enough. Everyone we met were friendly and knowledgeable and made our trip completely hassle free in an unforgettable country.

We had an absolutely amazing adventure in Peru thanks to Karikuy Tours! They put together an incredible itinerary and lined up the best guides and experiences for us. Highlights included a fantastic cooking class in Lima, exploring the wonder of Machu Picchu, and visiting a traditional textile workshop in Chinchero. The transportation was excellent and always on time, and everyone we met along the way was so friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Julio, who was always just a WhatsApp message away to answer questions or address any concerns. Highly recommend Karikuy for a seamless, memorable Peru trip!

¿Por qué Karikuy no está en TripAdvisor?

Cuando Karikuy empezó en 2007 no teníamos ni idea de en lo que acabaría convirtiéndose. Con trabajo duro y perseverancia conseguimos crear un equipo sólido para ofrecer experiencias increíbles a los clientes con una atención al cliente inmejorable en nuestro sector. Pero a medida que el negocio crecía también lo hacía la atención de nuestros competidores.

En 2010 teníamos una cuenta de TripAdvisor inmaculada y éramos los primeros de nuestro sector promocionándonos en Google y Bing. Nuestra competencia empezó a emplear tácticas de sombrero negro para bajar nuestro ranking, empezaron a destrozar nuestra cuenta de TripAdvisor hasta el punto de que tuvimos que pedir que la cerraran. Más tarde descubrimos que no éramos los únicos y que muchas otras pequeñas empresas turísticas estaban en el punto de mira de Viator, propiedad de TripAdvisors, por su cuota de mercado. Decidimos dejar de hacer negocios con TripAdvisor.

Hoy en día, aún encontrarás algunos foros en TripAdvisor donde los clientes han dejado algunas reseñas, pero al mismo tiempo están muy editados por el propio personal de TripAdvisors, que ha eliminado las reseñas favorables y ha dejado las negativas. Sin embargo, Internet es nuestro testigo, y la falta de críticas negativas fuera de TripAdvisor es un testimonio de la dedicación que tenemos a nuestros clientes.
