Uros and Taquile Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Puno – Uros Floating Islands – Amantani Island

07:30 AM: Pickup from your hotel in downtown Puno.
08:15 AM: Depart by boat towards Amantani Island.
08:45 AM: Visit the Uros Floating Islands; guided tour to learn about the Uro people’s lifestyle.
01:30 PM: Arrive at Amantani Island; meet your host family and settle into your homestay.
02:00 PM: Enjoy a traditional lunch prepared by your host family.
04:00 PM: Hike to the ceremonial centers of Pachatata or Pachamama; enjoy panoramic sunset views over Lake Titicaca.
07:00 PM: Dinner with your host family; optional participation in a local celebration with music and dance.

Day 2: Amantani Island – Taquile Island – Puno

08:00 AM: After breakfast, depart by boat to Taquile Island.
09:00 AM: Arrive at Taquile Island; hike through scenic paths to the main village.
10:15 AM: Explore the main village; learn about the island’s renowned textile traditions.
11:45 AM: Lunch at a local restaurant (not included in the price).
12:30 PM: Begin the walk back to the main dock.
