You will be picked up from hotel between 4:20 am and 5 am from your hotel. Your tourist transport will take you to the starting point of the hike at the foot of Apu Ausangate. Here we will have our breakfast, appreciating the beautiful scenery around, after a little talk from the guide we begin our hike from 4200 meters above sea level to Rainbow Mountain “Vinicunca” (5100 m.a.s.l) which is about 1 – 1/2 to 2 hours walk through villages where you can observe the landscape of the high Andes and grazing alpacas and llamas.
