Nasca Lines Tour – 2 Days

Your journey begins bright and early at 8:30 AM as you depart from the Cruz del Sur bus station in Lima, setting off on a scenic ride along the arid yet mesmerizing Peruvian coastline. After approximately four and a half hours, you’ll arrive in the city of Ica, where a transfer awaits to take you to the stunning desert oasis of Huacachina (accommodation not included, but can be arranged).

In the afternoon, prepare for an adrenaline-fueled adventure among the towering sand dunes. Hop into a powerful dune buggy for a thrilling ride across the desert’s golden waves. After that, try your hand at sandboarding—surfing the slopes of the Ica desert—and experience one of South America’s most unforgettable sunsets, with panoramic views of the oasis glistening in the fading light.

As the day winds down, unwind at Huacachina and soak in the unique energy of this natural paradise nestled amidst the dunes.

Wake up early and get ready for one of the highlights of your tour: a flight over the mysterious and awe-inspiring Nazca Lines. You’ll transfer from Ica to Nazca in the morning, enjoying dramatic views of the desert landscapes as you head south.

Before reaching the airport, stop at the Nazca Viewing Tower where you’ll get a taste of what’s to come—your first look at these ancient geoglyphs etched into the desert floor.

Then, board a small plane for a thrilling 30-minute aerial tour of the Nazca Lines. As you soar over the desert, take in spectacular views of 13 iconic figures, including the Hummingbird, the Astronaut, the Monkey, and the Condor. This flight offers a rare glimpse into the mysteries left behind by pre-Inca civilizations and is sure to leave you inspired.

After the flight, you’ll have free time for lunch (not included) in Nazca before returning to Ica. At 5:00 PM, board your Cruz del Sur bus for a relaxing ride back to Lima, arriving in the evening and concluding your two-day journey through Peru’s fascinating desert wonders.
