Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, then head out to discover the picturesque village of Toconao, known for its traditional architecture in liparite stone and its historic 1744 church. Stroll through the streets and meet artisans known for their fine wool crafts.
Continue to the Atacama Salt Flat within the Los Flamencos National Reserve. Here at Laguna Chaxa, you’ll marvel at salt-crusted lagoons inhabited by three species of flamingos: James, Andean, and Chilean.
Then, visit the Andean town of Socaire, home to ancient agricultural terraces and a beautiful church, before ascending to the breathtaking Miscanti and Miñiques Lagoons, nestled at over 4,200 meters. Their vivid colors and pristine surroundings create an unforgettable natural spectacle. Enjoy lunch in Socaire before returning to your hotel.

After breakfast, travel west to the Moon Valley (Valle de la Luna), a natural wonder sculpted by centuries of wind and water erosion. Part of the Los Flamencos National Reserve, this surreal landscape features iconic formations like the Tres Marías, the Amphitheater, and expansive salt caves.
Walk through this moon-like terrain nestled in the Salt Mountain Range, on the edge of the Atacama Salt Flat. Cap off your visit at the Kari Viewpoint, where you’ll witness a magical sunset that bathes the desert in pastel tones of pink, gold, and violet. Return to your hotel afterward.
Enjoy a final breakfast at your hotel before being transferred back to Calama Airport for your departure, filled with unforgettable memories from the heart of the Atacama Desert.
